Automatic Renewal

Cancellation Policy
1. Members may cancel at any time through the online portal or by visiting any clinic.
2. Monthly memberships remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
Refund Policy
1. No refunds are issued for unused benefits.
2. Monthly fees are non-refundable after billing begins.
